Some other changes found on db.mmo-champion.com spell list, mainly mana cost tweaks.
Feral:
Trash - Deals 1211 damage, and causes all targets to bleed for 211 every 2.0 sec for 6 sec. | 25 Rage, 5 sec CD
Stampending Roar: Bear / Cat - 15 Rage/60 energy; 2 min CD
Maul - An attack that instantly deals 8+AP*0.2 physical damage and consumes up to [20] additional rage to deal up to AP*0.4-1 additional damage. Effects which increase Bleed damage also increase Maul damage. | 10 Rage, no CD
Ferocious Bite - Finishing move that causes damage per combo point and consumes up to [35] additional energy to increase damage by up to 100%. Damage is increased by your attack power.
Demoralizing Roar - 10% physical damage reduction (like Demo Shout / Curse of Weakness / Vindication)
Glyph of Maul - Your Maul ability now hits [1] additional target for [50%] damage.
Balance:
Wild Mushroom / Wild Mushroom Detonate | 11% base mana
Moonfire - 18% base mana, down from 21%
Typhoon - 32% base mana, up from 25%
Resto:
Remove Corruption - Nullifies corrupting effects on the friendly target, removing [1] magical effect, [1] curse, and [1] poison. | 17% base mana
Rebirth - 30 min CD
Regrowth - 23% base mana, down from 29%; 1.5s cast
Nourish - 14% base mana, down from 18%; 3s cast
Healing Touch - 35% base mana, up from 32%
Lifebloom - 13% base mana, down from 28%
Rejuvenation - 11% base mana, down from 18%
Tranquility - 65% base mana, down from 70%
Wild Growth - 37% base mana, up from 23% ; 10 sec CD
Swiftmend - Consumes a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect on a friendly target to instantly heal the target for [X]. | 12% base mana, down from 16%
