Agreement Terms

Starting a run
Before a run takes place we ask you to open a trade window with one of our officers or designated people administering the run. The pre-determined amount of gold that you agreed to pay must then be placed in the gold box of the trade window to ensure you have the appropriate funds before we start.(We will NOT accept any it's on my alt excuses) You will not need to trade us the gold until the specific encounter\reason you are in for takes place.

Tokens, Gear, & Items
We ask you to give us half the gold up front before the boss encounter starts. At the end of the encounter if your items drops you give us the other half and we will then master loot the item to you. If it doesn't drop we will immediately give you the gold back.

Achievements & Titles
If you are purchasing an Achievement or Title you must give the entire gold amount up front before we start the encounter. If for any reason by means of server crash or something else unforeseen we aren't able to get you the achievement or title all of your gold will be returned to you.

Please Note:
After completing one of the forms below we will review your request. Buying multiple items in one run does result in discounts. If you are looking for different items from different instances you need to make a request for each instance.(Don't ask for an ICC Item and Ulduar Item in the same request)

All requests are kept private from the public, only our guild members have access to see your request(s).
